- Step 1:
Before starting the project just grab all the supplies needed to finish the project. Take a tissue paper roll and craft paper / crepe paper. Instead of crepe paper you can use any other craft paper or you can color it with acrylic color.
- Step 2:
Now cover tissue paper roll with crepe paper. I will not suggest you to color the tissue paper roll because it will not give that rich look like craft paper will give. Apply glue on tissue paper roll, take measurement and stick the craft paper on it.

- Step 3:
We need string or twine to hand the tissue paper roll. Make 2 holes on top and attach string.

I have used decorative lace, mirror, kundan and pearls to beautify curtain hanging. Stick the decorative material with fevicol. You can make dot mandala art also on it or you can decorate it as per your choice.
